ABOUT
Ted Clack is the owner of Switchback Home Inspections, LLC. Ted is a native Montanan who grew up in Helena, earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Montana State University. Over the years Ted has found that he thrives on helping clients, especially first-time home buyers understand the various systems of their property and how to maintain that property.
Ted is an active member of the American Society for Home Inspectors (ASHI) which is the benchmark for home inspector credentials in North America. He is also a member of the Northern Rockies Chapter of ASHI. Part of being an ASHI Inspector is passing the National Home Inspector Examination (proctored by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors). ASHI also requires 20 hours of continuing education per year keeping him informed on new and emerging construction techniques.
