Ted Clack is the owner of Switchback Home Inspections, LLC. Ted is a native Montanan who grew up in Helena, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from Montana State University (MSU), where he went on to have a professional career as a molecular biologist.
Ted is an active member of the American Society for Home Inspectors (ASHI) which is the bench mark for home inspector credentials in North America. He is also a member of the Northern Rockies Chapter of ASHI. Part of being an ASHI Inspector is passing the National Home Inspector Examination (proctored by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors). ASHI also requires 20 hours of continuing education per year keeping Ted informed on new and different construction techniques.
Ted and his wife Sue have lived, worked and played in the Gallatin Valley and Greater Yellowstone region since his graduation from MSU. Ted is a natural “jack of all trades” and has found home inspections to be a profession that puts that natural talent to good use.
Call or email Ted today to schedule your home inspection. He is pleased to help you navigate the home buying process by providing you with a quality home inspection while exchanging stories about Montana’s trails and natural treasures.
