A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the home from top to bottom providing a snapshot of the current condition of the house. Switchback Home Inspections offers a 48-hour continuous monitoring radon test using a pulse mode ionization chamber instrument. Radon results/reports are available soon after the testing period has lapsed. The EPA recommends that all houses be tested for radon. A good time to have this done is prior to selling your home or request to have this done prior to purchasing a home as part of the home inspection process.
